The event contains some policies regarding cancellation, exchange of registration or refund that must be reviewed before making any purchase.
CANCELLATION OF THE RACE
In case of change of the date of the event, the registration will be valid for the new date. The athlete can use the same voucher or ticket to enter the club and participate normally in the event. If the athlete prefers not to participate in the new set date, the amount of his registration will be returned in full to the participant.
In case of cancellation of the event, the amount will be returned in full to the athlete within 10 days of the notice.
In case of cancellation by the athlete, we can proceed in three different ways:
- Reimbursement of 50% of the value, for those who give up no later than 60 days before the race. The amount will be refunded up to 30 days after the event.
- Use of registration for next year.
- Athlete change. The athlete can 'sell' his registration to a friend or other person to participate in his place.
The full amount will not be repaid. And no amounts will be returned to those who cancel less than 60 days before the race.
If the athlete has registered in a modality and later wants to switch to a different one, he can make by contacting the organization by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The organization will check the availability of vacancies in the chosen modality and align the new payment method. The organization has 3 days to return.
The reservation made with the Hotel Aretê Búzios is made directly with the hotel. In case of cancellation by the customer, the same must check the cancellation policy of the hotel itself. In case of cancellation or change of date by Brasil Ultra Tri, the athlete will not be harmed or will pay any kind of fine.
